This place is great. It's located in a small strip center not far from Hmart. The only parking I could see was the parking garage within the strip mall/apartments above, just park to the right side and you should be good. The interior is clean, and honestly larger than I thought it would be from outside. Staff were friendly and helpful without being overly intrusive. The menu is small, but the selection available is decent, with a lot of customization available for your bowl. You can order with a human or on a touch screen. I got a braised beef noodle bowl with several toppings, the spicy wonton appetizer, and hibiscus tea. The noodle bowl portion was huge, and tasty. There wasn't a ton of beef, but what was there was tender and flavorful. The wontons were juicy and full of meat, and the tea was refreshing. I live more than an hour away, but I'll definitely be back!

Pretty good but the limited add ons add up real quick. Pretty exclusively have to use the build your own bowl to change any preferences. Staff was friendly and attentive! There are maybe 6-8 tables in the venue but very clean atmosphere! Garage parking appears to be free? We didn't see a place to pay but they are labeled for restaurants / residents.

So homey and so good! The guy taking our order was so informative and nice. We ordered two build our own with braised beef, wonton, and wintermelon tea. Literally would get every single one thing again. Wintermelon tea was the best I've ever had. Wonton was packed.

Nice casual Taiwanese restaurant in the Carrollton area. You walk up and order either with the cashier or by your own on a tablet. You can customize your own noodle bowl or order from preset ones. They also had hibiscus ice tea and yogurt for drinks for sale along with soft drinks. Super quick service and good place to grab a quick bite.

Most important tip: Parking It's a little tricky navigating here because you have to park in the apartment complex's garage. 5 * Food: Beef Rolls - These rolls are so delicious and you need to eat them asap as they come out. The meat is tender and juicy. The combination of fresh herbs and the savory richness of the beef just delights you. Although I'm not a big rice noodle fan, the noodles are fantastic. It's chewy and springy that just amplifies the dignitaries wonderful beef dishes here. If you're looking for something lighter, the yogurt drinks are really good since they're made fresh daily. Eating the Taiwanese Sausages ( 台湾香肠) is almost like being back home for my family. It's that freaking good!

Fantastic new Taiwanese spot in Carrollton. It's casual, no-frill atmosphere feels just like an easygoing Taiwanese spot. The appetizers are simple and delicious, perfect for sharing before you get to your noodles. Especially loved the Taiwanese sausage and beef rolls. For noodles, you can order their signature bowl or make your own. We built our own to get all the ingredients we wanted. The beef broth was super good and the meat was tender. The chicken katsu was a surprise hit, fried incredibly well. This will definitely be one of our go-to spot, we recommend!
